If it does not arrive within 14 business days from the date of shipment, it will be classified as lost and can be exchanged or refunded.
If your order is returned to us due to non-receipt, additional shipping fees will be charged for re-delivery.
Please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once delivery begins, we will email you the shipping company and tracking number along with a link to track your shipment.
Click on the link provided and look up your tracking number.
This information may not be available right away because it takes time for the carrier to process all packages.
If you cannot check it, please contact us. -
Normally, an email with the tracking number will be sent to your account email address once the order is shipped out. If you did not receive the email, you can check the following situations:
1.Please check whether the email address you used to placed the order is different.
2.Please check your junk emails to see whether the mail is shielded.
3.Please check your order status in your account to see whether it is shipped.
If there are no problems with the above situations, please contact us.

Please check the tracking number again and please be patient. Depending on the delivery company, updates may not be available in real time. If this doesn't work, please contact us directly and we will look into this.

If you would like to update your shipping address, please let us know by emailing us as soon as possible (within 1 hours).
If you have received a delivery confirmation email, your order has already been completed and you cannot change your address.If your address is incorrect and your order has been processed and shipped, you will have to wait for your order to be returned.
We will then contact you to arrange delivery back to the correct address. Additional shipping charges apply for shipping a second box. We are not responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and it is up to the customer to check the details.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, but we will do our best to arrive as close as possible to your selected date.

If it is before delivery begins, you will need to cancel your order and place it again. Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be added once delivery has occurred.

Unfortunately, once an item is out of stock, we can not guarantee if it will be restocked or not. For example, if an item is a summer item, if there is a lot of demand for it then it might come back in stock next summer.
So if you have anything you're keeping an eye on, hurry and buy it before the end of the season!

For K-Clothing Box products, most items can be shipped immediately the day after you order, although there may be delays if there are some supply or delivery issues.
If there is a delay, we will contact you immediately. -
We are constantly designing new things here at K-Clothing Box! Which means things like our boxes may change a lot!
Whilst our images will always show our up-to-date boxes, some boxes may differ as to accommodate what is in stock. All boxes will be designed by K-Clothing Box and come branded.

Our size guide is a general guideline of recommending the best size we think, but please kindly note that some pieces might fit differently depending on the styles, such as oversized sweatshirts and t-shirts which run bigger than the general guideline.

Returns & Refunds

of course! We will be happy to refund your order.
The refund policy is 28 days and the following conditions apply: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and refund your order within 28 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns after 28 days of purchase.However, refunds are only possible if the product is damaged, and refunds are not possible for SALE products (50% discount and additional discount).
Please pack the product carefully in its original packaging to avoid damage during transportation. Restocking fees apply to all products.
For refunds, return shipping is free. However, if it is determined that there is no defect after inspection, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and restocking costs.
However, in case of a simple change return, we will refund the amount minus the return shipping fee and restocking fee.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or Black Friday Lucky Dip Bags cannot be refunded.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
You should then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If this is unsuccessful then you should contact your bank as there is often additionally processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@koreanclothingbox.com and we will be more than happy to check to make sure it has been processed correctly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days (depending on your individual bank).

If for any reason there is something missing from your K-Clothing Box please do not hesitate to get in contact by email and we will endeavour to rectify this asap.
K-Clothing Box follows a very strict packing process and in the unfortunate event that an item is missing or damaged please contact us within 28 days so that we can rectify this quickly.
We cannot provide a satisfactory investigation after 28 days.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping rates (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
